William H. Baker, M.D.
Dr. Baker is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Indiana University School of
Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is the Allergy Section Chief of the Division of Pulmonary,
Allergy, Critical Care and Occupational Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Baker attended medical school and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He then completed his fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.
Dr. Baker specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases including:
- Allergic rhinitis (allergies in the nose, eyes and sinuses, also known as hay fever)
- Asthma (wheezing, shortness of breath, cough, chest tightness)
- Urticaria and angioedema (hives and swelling)
