Acute Care for Elders (ACE)

The ACE Unit meets the special needs of hospitalized older adults. A team of healthcare professionals, including an IU School of Medicine physician, a pharmacist, nurse, social worker, dietitian and therapist, work together to care for older adults during their hospitalization. House Calls for Seniors

The experts at the Healthy Aging Brain Center diagnose and treat memory problems. Our geriatricians (doctors who care for older adults), nurses and social workers identify and evaluate all possible causes of a memory problem and then develop a personal treatment plan that includes medications and activities to improve your daily life. Also, we work with your family, caregiver and primary care doctor.
