Microarray Core

Investigators in the Indiana Alcohol Research Center have been deeply involved in the application of microarray technology to alcoholism research problems. We are experienced in analyzing small punch biopsies of the brain, liver, and developing embryos. Our Genotyping Core has a long track record of assisting investigation to confirm microarray findings by quantitative PCR, and we have a great deal of experience in the statistical and bioinformatic analysis of the assay data. Please visit the Center for Medical Genomics page for additional information.
