Thank you for agreeing to participate in the Pharmacogenetics Research Network Scientific Meeting, sponsored by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS). BL Seamon Corporation (BLS), under contract to NIGMS, will provide administrative and logistical support for the meeting. Please take a few minutes to review the following information and complete the online registration process at www.blsmeetings.net/H1301 by Monday, October 15, 2007.

LODGING ARRANGEMENTS
For sleeping rooms please call: University Place at 1-800-627-2700, the Marriott Courtyard at 317-635-4443, or the Omni Severin Hotel at 317-634-6664. You will be responsible for all hotel charges. Your reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m.; checkout is 12:00 noon on your scheduled day of departure.

Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible, because reservations at the hotels will be accepted based on a space-and rate-available basis.

All hotel cancellations must be received at the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival or the penalty of one night’s room and tax will be assessed to your credit card. If you must cancel your reservation, please obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist for your records.

University Place Conference Center and Hotel
The University Place is located on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis approximately nine miles (12 minutes) from Indianapolis International Airport.

By Taxi: Taxi fare from Indianapolis International Airport is approximately $20.00 - $25.00.

By Automobile:
From I-65 (north and south), take Exit 114 to Martin Luther King Jr./West Street South to Michigan Street, west on Michigan to University Boulevard (less than a half-mile). Turn right (north) on University Boulevard to North Street (one block). Turn right (east). Entrance to University Place is on the right.

From I-70 (from west, including from airport), take Exit 79A. Turn north (left) at light and follow street until it turns into West Street. Take to Michigan Street. Turn west (left). See above.

From I-70 (from east), turn onto I-65 from north (need to get into far left lane of I-70) and take Exit 114. See above.

From I-74 (from west), take Crawfordsville Road exit, continue on Crawfordsville Road to 16th Street. Turn right (south) on Capitol to Michigan Street, west to University Boulevard (about a half-mile). See above.

Parking
The hotel offers underground parking for $14.00 a night.
