Dr. Lehman is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine.
His post-graduate training was obtained at Duke University and Indiana
University. Dr. Lehman is a Professor of Medicine and Radiology
and is in charge of Clinical Affairs for the Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology
at the Indiana University Medical Center. His research interests
center on diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP, sphincter of Oddi manometry,
and gastroesophageal reflux. He is active in the American Society
for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and is a past member of its governing
board. Dr. Lehman served as the Associate Editor of Gastrointestinal
Endoscopy from 1992-1997. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal
Endoscopy. In addition, he is a member of the American Gastroenterological
Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians
and the American College of Gastroenterology. He has numerous publications.
Dr. Lehman is the 1996 recipient of the Rudolf Schindler Award presented
by the ASGE.

Dr. Sherman is a native of New York City. He went to medical school
at Washington University and did his Internal Medicine Residency
at the University of Pittsburgh. Following his Gastroenterology
training at UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Sherman did a third tier
fellowship in therapeutic ERCP and sphincter of Oddi manometry at
Indiana University Medical Center. He then served as the Director
of Pancreaticobiliary Endoscopy at UCLA School of Medicine. Dr.
Sherman returned to Indiana University Medical Center in October
1992 and was made Director of the ERCP service in July 1995. Currently,
he is Professor of Medicine and Radiology at Indiana University
Medical Center. He is a recognized authority on the application
of ERCP to diseases of the pancreas and biliary tree lecturing nationally
and internationally. Dr. Sherman is at the forefront of endoscopic
research in the pancreaticobiliary tree and is widely published
in this area. He is on the Editorial Board of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy,
the leading journal in his field.

Dr. Fogel is a native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. After obtaining
his Masters of Science degree in Pharmacology from the University
of Toronto, he completed medical school, Internal Medicine residency
and Gastroenterology fellowship at the same institution. Dr. Fogel
did a third tier fellowship in Therapeutic ERCP and sphincter of
Oddi manometry in 1996 at Indiana University Medical Center under
the guidance of Drs. Lehman and Sherman. He joined the GI faculty
the following year, and currently he is a Clinical Assistant Professor
in the Department of Medicine at Indiana University. His patient
care special interests include endoscopic management of idiopathic
pancreatitis and prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis. He has presented
his findings at numerous national meetings. Dr. Fogel is a member
of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society
for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and American College of Gastroenterology.
In addition, he is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Clinical
Gastroenterology, and on the journal review committee of several
leading journals in his field.

Dr. McHenry is a native of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Now a citizen
of the U.S.A. Mchenry went to the University of Cincinnati College
of Medicine, Cincinnati,Oh where he completed Medical school. His
residency in Medicine was at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh,
PA. Dr. McHenry did his Fellowship in Pancreatobiliary and Advance
Endoscopy as a Fellow at Medical College of Virginia, Richmond,
VA. His interest is in the study of pancreaticobiliary diseases
with a focus on the interface of endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP
in the evaluation of patients with pancreatobiliary pain, cancer,
and inflammatory conditions such as chronic pancreatitis. Dr. McHenry
is a member of the American Gastroenterology Associantion, Ameican
College of Physicians. In addition, he is on the American College
of Gastroenterology Research Committee.

Dr. Watkins graduated from the University of Illinois College of
Medicine in 1981. His postgraduate training, including a GI
Fellowship, was obtained at the University of Illinois Hospital in
Chicago, IL. Following his fellowship, he served as an
Instructor in Medicine and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the
University of Illinois. He later served as an Associate
Professor of Medicine (CHS), University of Wisconsin Hospital and
Clinics, where he was Director of Therapeutic Endoscopy and ERCP.
He is certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and is a
member of the American Gastrointestinal Association, American
College of Physicians and the American College of Gastroenterology.
He is active in the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy
and is a past member of the National Informatics Committee. He
joined the Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology at the Indiana
University Medical Center in 2000, and is currently the Associate
Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine at
Indiana University. His research interests include Diagnostic
and Therapeutic ERCP and Sphincter of Oddi Manometry.

Lois Bucksot is a graduate of Indiana University School of Nursing.
She joined the staff of Indiana University Hospital upon graduation
in 1975, working as a staff nurse on a gastroenterology medical
unit. She joined the Division of Gastroenterology in 1981, working
as a research nurse and as a general endoscopy nurse. Ms. Bucksot
is the ERCP Nurse Manager having spent the past eight years working
with the ERCP team to develop the ERCP Program at Indiana University
Medical Center. The unit performs more than 2000 ERCP's annually,
which has allowed Ms. Bucksot to gain vast experience in assisting
with therapeutic ERCP including sphincter of Oddi manometry. Additionally,
she has worked with device manufacturers in designing and evaluating
instrumentation for ERCP.
