Behavioral symptoms protocols for Alzheimer disease were identified in the following publication in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

These protocols were developed by Dr. Mary Austrom and the study team and were used by the study care manager who individualized recommendations to manage a patient's behavioral symptoms for Alzheimer disease.
