The adult diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization laboratory provides cardiac and peripheral diagnostic, interventional, and congenital catheterization procedures for patients 18 and older. The Krannert Cardiology physicians excel in non-surgical treatment of patients with a wide variety of cardiac and vascular diseases.
Our catheterization and interventional labs are staffed by specially trained physicians, nurses and technologists to provide high quality care and effective treatment for patients with heart and vascular diseases. The Krannert cardiology team at Methodist Hospital, Wishard Memorial Hospital, Richard L. Roudebush Indianapolis VA Medical Center, Clarian West Medical Center and Clarian North Medical Center collectively perform approximately 3000 procedures annually. As a primary investigational site for new treatment modalities, we continue to make great strides in improving long term benefits while providing the best possible care for our patients.
