Interviews will be conducted from: August 1 - October 1
Rank Order lists due: November 2
Match Results: November 16
Academic Year begins: July 1

One position is available for the year preceding the appointment date

Preference is given to US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The application must be completed with all supporting documents by August 1, of the year preceding appointment. Required Documents:

• Official College, Graduate, & Medical school transcripts
• Official Transcript of Board Scores
• Dean's Letter (MSPE)
• Program Director & 3-Additional Letters of Recommendation
• CV
• Personal Statement
• ECFMG Certificate (if applicable)

Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Indiana University, Indianapolis for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between August and October of each year prior to the match date.

Appointments are made through the Sleep Medicine Match Program, sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program Specialty Matching Services (http://www.nrmp.org/fellow/index.html). All candidates must register through the SMS.
