George Sledge, M.D., is Chairman of the Breast Committee of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group and is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Clinical Breast Cancer. He currently serves as member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s Board of Directors. He is a recipient of the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Brinker Award for outstanding research in breast cancer.
